You don’t make mistakes. Ever.
Of course that can’t be true!!! To be human is to be flawed. To be human is to trip up. To be human is to do the wrong thing… and to try again.
 You said the wrong thing to a relative…
 You got upset at the cashier for taking too long…
 You bumped into someone and they were bothered…
All the should haves and could haves cannot turn back the clock.
You should have complimented her instead of criticizing… but you didn’t.
You should have completed your office work… but you didn’t.
You should have made that appointment… but you didn’t.
Q: How do you turn your mistake into an opportunity?
A: A- Hold awareness and admit that you could have done something
different but didn’t.
B- Believe that there was a good reason for what you said or did (Isn’t
that more powerful than beating yourself up?! Yup!) and believe in your
power to change.
C- Choose a new way to look at that situation so that you can respond
differently next time instead of reacting negatively, and commit to how
you would like to speak or act from that new place.
All the best,

Rivkie
